Big O Tires

I came in to have the tire pressure checked. When the tech found the pressure low in two tires, he offered to take them off to make sure I did not have a leak. After they were checked and no leak found, I was sent on my way. So good to know the steps they take to make sure that my car is safe to drive. Really appreciate the extra attention.

I have been doing business with this Big O Tires since about 1985 and have always been treated kindly and have always received great service. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. At one visit during a tire rotation it was discovered a belt separation in one of my tires. Big O did wasn't able to have the needed replacement in stock until the next day. They were concerned about my safety and found a similar used tire to put on the car so I could safely drive home. On another visit it was discovered my factory lugnuts were damaged, apparently from a visit at a local dealer. Big O showed the damaged ones to me before replacing them with new ones. I appreciate them informing me of issues and asking my "�ok' before doing any work. I have recommended this store to others and now my adult daughter patronizes this Big O Tires for her tire business too.

I cam in ten minutes before closing with a very big leak in my tire. They immediately looked at it even as one employee was leaving for the day! I had a huge nail in my tire and I needed a new tire. They replaced it in 10 minutes. Amazing service! Thank you all so much!

The 1st visit I was concerned I needed 2 new tires ( I purchased 2 last year) the employee went out to inspect and agreed I did need them. I was called just a couple days later that the tires where in and made an apt. I was greeted by the same employee who took care of getting my vehicle in and was out in a short period of time.

The speed that it took the shop to get my vehicle into the bay and serviced was extremely fast. The employees were friendly and respectful.
