Everything was very smooth, explained to me in laymen's terms. They seemed patient when I asked a question and took the time to listen to me.

Service was done faster than I could believe even as busy as it was that day.

After being approved for the ACIMA program, I went in to make an appointment to purchase some tires. After looking up tires for my vehicle, Connie explained the program in MORE depth. She was talking to me while showing me everything on the screen and then said, "Ok, I just need your keys." I was not expecting that and an hour and a half later, I had new tires and was on my way home.

Big O has been taking care of my vehicles for about 25 years. I have been to Big O in Frankfort, Louisville and Elizabethtown. They have taken good care of my vehicles. My daughter and son in law go to Big O too.

I love this location. Always take care of me even last minute and they’re busy. I didn’t even have to wait an hour. Bonnie is the best and the guy with the flat cap hat. They’re honest, and friendly. Thanks big o!

They got my can right in and right out. They changed my rotors and breaks and were very quick. No hidden costs. Also impressed with customer service. Friendly staff!

I had left my car for an oil change and was called to let me know that the tread on my tires was at a point which could present safety concerns. Really appreciated the time taken to let me know what work needed to be completed in order for me and my family to be safe on the road. Everyone is always very professional. The Staff is Professional. They are friendly, courtesy and respectful when dealing with the customers. I have taken both of my cars to BIG-O when I needed tires. It is the only place I go for tires The staff gives you updates on new ties for the car.

I've always taken my vehicles to the etown store due to their quick service, welcoming atmosphere and decent prices. Although I live in Radcliff, I get my service done in Etown
