Wife was needing vehicle to go to work, with tire leaking air. From start to finish was only 30 minutes! Great service when needed speedy service.

Gosh, everyone was so nice. My battery had been tested at my car dealership and tested as needing to be replaced. It was only two years old and was purchased at O K tires so I went there to see what it tested. It tested fine but the nice guys went ahead and sprayed some cleaning stuff on the battery post and told me since I had not noticed any dragging when starting the car it should be fine since it tested okay on their tester. They told me if I noticed anything later to please return and they would take care of it.

I was greeted the moment I walked up to the front desk. I was able to explain what I was needing done, and the service person was very professional/nice. within a few minutes, they had my car into a bay and was performing the necessary work. The repair was completed with very minimal wait time. I use Big O Tier in Elizabethtown, KY for all my auto and tire needs.

They got me right in and finished in a short period of time for a fair price.
