I have been a big o customer for approximately 25 years the only thing that I have to say is somehow with all the new technologies that all big o stores should somehow be able to connect to each other with their customers information and when I visit another store for whatever problem I have they should be able to pull up a history of your vehicle other than that I am a big o lifer and my family also thank you etown for taking care of my needs

Amazing customer service and they explained everything very well even the mechanics was very polite and even explained what they did very well the speed of service was great even with them being a little under staffed and having a big crowd right when they opened

We have used this store for several years now. They take good care of us each time we go in and are quick to answer and questions we have. Our experience has been nothing short of excellent each time.

I had originally called to see if I needed to make an appointment and was told that for what I was wanting/needing done I did not. Next day went in after work explained I needed an oil change, tire rotation and possibly new tires. They checked them and I was in the red, so I new set I got. She explained the pricing to me and what all was included, gave the option of a warranty, etc. Once that was all discussed I waited for the service to be done. It didn’t seem to take long for all the servicing from my perspective and I was very happy with the outcome. I did ask after if they could check my battery as well because I was getting notifications that it was low. Sure enough I needed a new one. So all in all, I got 4 new tires, an alignment, oil change, new battery, new wiper blades. Hurts my heart on how expensive cars can be, but for what I got done I feel like it was at and extremely reasonable price. They all get an ‘A+’ on my book and where I will be going from here on out. 😊

It was just a regular tire rotation but I was waited on promptly and got in and out in a timely matter.

I was very satisfied, everyone was professional and also welcoming. Communication was absolutely 100%. Was given updates on my vehicle as I waited. Overall I would say 10/10, wonderful service.

I thought there was going to be a catch 22 situation with the road hazard insurance I purchase for my daughter's car since both tires was damaged. I walked in told the clerk what happened gave him my proof of road hazard insurance and he ask was I'm waiting around or coming back. I said I'll come back, he said ill call you when we done. I said that's it he said yes 2 hours later 2 brand new tires. Great Service

In two words, the staff. The people behind the counter were courteous, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely happy and to care about what they were doing. The job was completed quickly and I've had no problems since.

I was traveling and noticed that one tire was losing air. They worked me in, fixed the tire quickly and got me back on the road.

Everyone there was friendly. They took time to fix what was wrong with my car.

Bad tire on the way moving to Florida from Louisville.. While the 2 tires were not in stock they were able to get them first thing Saturday morning and the store prioritized my job to get us back on the road. Brian was very helpful & took us to a hotel that night. And they picked us up the next morning ahead of schedule to pick up our car. Many shops are still afraid of wheels on a Tesla thankfully this one was not. Thanks Jeff. Louisville Ky
