I came in just before closing time because I work across the street and had a tire that was completely flat. I asked if there was anyway you could help me even though you were getting ready to close up very soon. At first I was told you couldn't help me today because of the time but you could in the morning if I wanted to leave my car. I'm sure I looked very distressed and said I couldn't do that because I don't live in town and I needed to figure out how I was going to get home. A second person asked if it would help if you put my spare on for me. I was so grateful. You ended up putting a new tire on for me and my vehicle was done before closing time. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your store working me in. You never know what a person has going on in their life. My granddaughters' mother recently passed away and they are living with me. We have been going through a difficult time and I was so upset no knowing how I was going to get home. Your kindness was truly an answered prayer. It is so encouraging to know there is a business that will go the extra mile to be helpful. Thank you so much!

Arrived after 5pm on friday afternoon with nail in tire Super friendly staff. So willing to help me. Tire was plugged and i wAs out the door in 20 minutes. So very grateful. Not my first visit. Always great!!’

I'm a nurse for Hosparus care. I was on my way to see a patient when I hit a screw and my tire went flat. My husband put my spare tire on and we drove to Big O Tires. I had several other patients that I had to still see. I was in and out in 30min.

Didn't get caster adjusted the first time, got me back in after bad review and got it taken care of, and free oil change.

Called with a bad tire and they got me and on the road in less then 30 minutes. Even though they had a lot of work going on. I was back in the hay field in less than a hour total. No has ever taken that kind of care for me as a customer before I will be back thanks so much

Great experience at this location after a punctured tire on the interstate on Memorial Day. Service was fast and the staff was communicative and friendly. I was on the road home within 70 minutes of pulling into the store.

I bought a set a tires for my Mazda six and I have not had any problems with them at all I had one tire that had a nail in it they replaced it very good company
