Big O Tires

Maybe it's just me but I would like the paper floor mat to be removed before customer gets back in their vehicle Other than that, I was very happy with the service.

I arrived with out an appointment and asked if I could get tires rotated and balanced and a oil change. They let me know it would be bit. So I asked what would be a good time to return and they told me 5:00. I arrived at 4:30 and was taken back right then. Great service. Thanks

The lady there was super busy but very attentive and service oriented. She juggled multiple phone calls (two phones on her ear at the same time) but was still able to serve walk-in customers at the same time.
