Good customer service

Their service in done just as explained, the staff is very professional and courteous. If they tell you that you have something wrong with your vehicle then you do. They will never try to sell you on something you don't need. I used to do all my own mechanical work; so I know. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. Been doing business with them for years and am always satisfied. I already have a BIG O Credit Card and they just aligned my tires; so, there was no need for them to offer those.
