Big O Tires

I called at 1230 from louisville and scheduled 3pm appointment same day to correct alignment issue. they were able to get me in so I could take a trip to st louis.

I went in for an alignment and had them reset the sensors on my tires. They always give great services at the Elizabethtown Big O. The customer service is excellent and they move right along. You're not left waiting forever. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. We always come to Big O for our tire services.

I do not remember declining the the service plan when I bought new tires. I was told I did not have it. This visit was a rotate and balance. The associate said he believed it was unusual since I got the $100 off deal on the last set of tires I bought. They said i was to late to purchase the service plan.

My car had been towed because of a flat and me having no spare. I was taken care of in a timely manner, the staff was friendly, helpful and polite. Thank you. When you're having "One Of Those"� days, it certainly is nice to be taken care of. Btw. The coffee was truly good.

Received a call the morning of my appointment to inform me that the truck was running a little late. Very friendly and informative counter staff. Prices were very fair and about what I anticipated.
