Big O Tires

As usual my vehicle was repaired at a fair price and a timely manner.I have been dealing with this BIG O for about eight years and have no reason to go anywhere else.

Clear communication was made and got me in and out same day back on the road, no hassle trying to get sold something I didn’t need.

Every time I have gone to the store, the staff is friendly and go out of their way to help you in getting what you need for your car. I have been going to Big-O for several years now and never had a problem with their work on my car. They review other things while your car is up on the rack. And, make suggestions about some of the areas on your car that might need fixing in the future. There is no sales pitch or pressure from the people who work there. They always get you in on your appointment. It is a great store and the people are outstanding.

My tires are beautiful. I have a very smooth ride now! They alignment makes me feel safe and comfortable.

I never expected to need a tire that day. I ran over a piece of iron lying in the road. I only made it about a mile up the road and my tire was flat. My granddaughter had 4 new tires put on about 6 weeks ago at your store. She was very pleased with the service. My son came and plugged the hole in my tire and followed me to your store. I greatly appreciated your help. I have my 5 year old great grandson so the television was a blessing.Thank you very much.

Our family experience a flat tire on the highway on our vacation. We called 2 places and they were going to be closing and didn’t have the tire we needed. Big O Tire was there and willing help. They had the tire and got us in as soon as they could. We were so grateful! We were able to continue our vacation. Thank you!!!

Showed up at around 1030 on a Saturday looking to purchase a set of tires for my son's car. Place was packed with customers but was still out the door in 2 hours with new tires. You can probably save a few dollars on tires at some other stores but I challenge you to find better customer service anywhere. Also has the best warranty in the bussiness.

As I have noted in past reviews cleanliness of a mechanic's garage should never be totally clean as it would appear odd. As if there is a paucity of actual work on automobiles. This visit I had my free alignment and a check of the tire pressure since my yellow icon was lit up on the dash. Astutely, Brian reminded me that the icon may still be flashing until I get the car in gear and moving....and he was exactly right. This seemingly little bit of info from him to me saved me from anxiety and having to rush back to the shop wondering what went wrong. Once again, Wanda's team made me feel welcome and honestly served. Even without Wanda's presence Jennifer and Amy took care of business.

I've been going to Big O for over 20 years. No problems

1st of all I live in Radcliff but choose to go to etown store instead bc of their honesty over other the store. Went to get free balance/rotation,everything went fine til days later @ highway speed I noticed something wasn't right w/ balance so I took it back thinking they may say,Well it was free. Instead they took my car right in b4 other customers(previous work defect gets priority). They corrected the issue(weights fell off), so now I will a loyal customer to Etown store only not Radcliff.

When I called for tires for the used car my wife just bought yesterday it needed new tires bad!! I called and spoke to a very nice lady Connie. Didn’t have the tire my wife wanted in stock but actually had a very nice Set a little more expensive but worth it. I asked if there was anyway we could get this done today and she said sure we can fit you in if you can just bring it up and drop it off! Awesome Service!! Even when I got there I spoke with another gentleman to see if my Ram truck tire could be plugged he walked right outside looked at my tire and said yes sir we can do that for you. We will definitely be back!
