Every time I go to this store, they take very good care of me and my car. Good prompt service.

I had a flat on I65 in the rain and my new car doesn't come with a spare which is beyond me... AAA dropped us off at the Etown Big O just before the stores closing time. These folks were very friendly and very helpful!! They fixed me up and I was back on the road in no time!!! You guys are awesome!! Thank You!!

I like the text messages that tell me when my work is complete. Also, the team told me how much the estimated cost was going to be, but when I arrived the price was less. My vehicle didn’t require the suggested repair. I felt the team took the time to inspect my van and didn’t do any unnecessary repairs. This made me feel valued as a customer and trust the team that worked on my van. BLUF established credibility.

Had my car in as for inspection as there was loud knocking noises coming from the front end and poor roadhandling, tendency to easily aquaplane in wet conditions and worse in heavy rain. The car had been in previously to install front struts that where supplied by myself. Turns out these where defective and had to be replaced. During replacement with big O supplied struts, the techs also found a defective ball joint on the drivers side control arm and that was also replaced ( warranty by big O). Since the recent repairs the vehicle has performed excellently. IE: - roadhandling in all conditions excellent. - no tendency too easily aquaplane, even under heavy rain , snow, icy conditions, excellent. - keeps a straight driveline without meandering even when leaving the steering wheel free for an extended period of time. Allows for comfortable driving on long distances. - no road noise apparent from any kind of tire scrubbing or alignment matters. - tire wear after about 10000 miles is uniform thruout with no cupping appearing as before. - ride comfort is exceptionally smooth compared to previously where the car was riding as tho it had off-road nobbly tires and very loud road noise Overall very pleased with the replacement struts, repairs, alignment, ride comfort and driveability.
