Overall experience was good, the wait time was a little long but it's ok, they were busy it's understandable

Quick service, painless process. Originally set appointment online, added to it when I dropped my vehicle off at the store. Received a text when my service was finished.

On time job done right I have no complaints.

I had a flat tire on the interstate. After getting the spare put on, I had to get a new tire in order to continue my trip to Georgia. I found Big O tires very helpful and was able to continue my trip with minimal disruption. I very much appreciated their help. The situation could have been very stressful.

This service was repair under warranty on a defective part causing knocking/rattling noises on the front end.The defective ball joint was replaced under warranty and the wheel alignment was reset. Car drives superbly now, keeps a consistent drive-line without any meandering left or right. Previously directional stability was jittery and vibration could be felt from the front end thru the steering, as well as irregular tire wear causing uncomfortable tire noise. All those issues are now resolved and the tires have become much quieter and the cupping is noticeably disappearing as the tires wear true, with no vibration thru the car. Very pleased. Thank you Wander, Brian, Chris and the Big-O team.

The employees were very friendly and everything was well communicated. The service was very quick considering I did not schedule an appointment and the price was cheaper than I expected.

Business was super busy and the staff was super friendly. They were up front and told me I would have a long wait. After completing the work they were apologetic for the wait.

Fast service in and out with no appointment scheduled tire went flat and they patched it in no time

I have visited this location for several services for my vehicle. I have not had a bad experience yet. This latest visit was for engine light and a tire sensor. The tech and counter staff listened to my issues and resolved the error in less than 30 minutes.

I've always been impressed with the Big O Store in E-town. The staff has always been willing to help and I have received excellent, prompt service. Honestly, I've had some problems at other locations so I prefer to take my car to this particular Big O Store, if possible. Thanks to everyone.

I went to different locations first and all wanted to upsell me. This location did not. They had reasonable prices and it was done way quicker than I thought it would take. I will go here from now on.

Quick, clear communication, kind and caring workers

Had my car in for major front end suspension repairs, control arms replaced. After initial repair the car was returned for clear-vision correction. Completed very satisfactory. Vehicle is operating excellently now with accurate directional stability and tires appear to be wearing evenly.
