Very friendly and professional. Shows me things and explains why something needs to be replaced. Reasonable prices, doesn't charge labor for every little thing like FORD

They explained that the tires had dry rot on all four of them and showed it to me.

I've always used Big O Tires for either new tires or oil changes and tire rotations and I've never been disappointed with the service or the Big O Tires. Unfortunately I won't be back to the Big O Tires in Elizabethtown because I live in Louisville. The Big O Tires in Elizabethtown I believe was short staffed of shop technicians, I was there for about an hour, I was informed I would be there about that long. I have no complaints. It's difficult to get people to work now. The people that are working do an excellent job. They put the spare tire back in it's compartment. Thank you.

I have been going to the E-town Big-O for years. The staff is great and I trust that they are going to give me an honest report on the condition of my car. I appreciate that they don't try to push the most expensive option when they know its not in my budget, but i always know they stand behind all of their products. I recommend this Big-O location to all my friends needing auto service.

My only complaint. Was my driver seat had grease makes all the front seat and steering wheel also dro er door had grease makes all over it. Recommend seat covers to prevent this.

Had my front struts replaced under warranty about 2 months ago. Ever since the replacement (about 13000 miles) the car has been riding excellently without any knocking noises coming from the front suspension. Ride and stability is nothing but superb. The alignment is also excellent and the car keeps great directional stability with no driveline wander even with hands briefly off the steering wheel on a straight road. Steering is light, accurate and easy which makes for it a pleasure driving long distances. Tire wear is even and uniform, with no tendency for cupping, feathering or spotting and road noise is at a minimum, top best. Very pleased with the overall performance. Thank you very much to the team.

The Service Representative was extremely knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the car’s problem and what was needed to fix it. More importantly, the problem was fixed and I was out the door faster and for less money than expected. This Big O Tires store gets Five Stars across the board

5 assumed to be highest. Amy went above and beyond searching hi and low for the best deal and likely best performance, we were patient and she delivered. Now in a better tire with 1mpg improvement in city with a 5mpg improvement on the highway. Service department did a free inspection of suspension before even ordering the tires. Would have done the service there too but cost per hour was $500 more than I was willing to pay. Overall excellent experience!!!
