I came in at 8:15 am for an oil change, tire rotation and balance on my 1999 Plymouth Voyager and ask if it could be done by 9:30 am as I had to be back home (25 miles away) by 10 am to take my granddaughter to work. They told me they would try hard to get it done by then and guess what... they got it done by 9:15 am. Talk about great service, I got it that day even though they were very busy. I have been a customer of Big O since the middle 1960's, first at Preston Highway Big O until 1992, then we moved from Fern Creek to a small farm just south of Upton and I have been going to the Big O in Elizabethtown since then... 26 years and they have always given me great service; oil changes, tires, tire rotation and balance, alignment on my truck, van and car. Thank you.

They were extremely busy when I walked in. I had a blowout I needed taken care of. I explained that I had the wheel and tire with me. They welcomed me in and took my info then, offered several options and pricing. The pretty lady ( I'm thinking maybe the manager), was very reassuring and got me taken care of in an awesome timely manner. I will definitely return for more business. Thank you.

I was given excellent service starting with my call to Big O to the end of the service. They called me with finance availability and got my tires in quickly so they could put them on. I would recommend them to everyone! Felicia
