Big O Tires

As always, the folks at Big O are fantastic. They done a wonderful job on my truck.

I informed the Attendant that checked me in I had road hazard. When finished and checking out I was told I owed $27.50. I ask if that was with road hazard. He told me $27.50, I informed him I had road hazard. The other man behind the counter told him to click on something and change it. I did not have to pay anything. I feel the employees need to check the computer a little better where there is no confusion. I understand people make mistakes. This may be something that could be put into training. Thank you.

I had a flat tire, so I took it into the Shepherdsville Big O. I didn't have to wait long at all. They were friendly. They fixed my tire, checked the other tires to make sure I didn't have any more holes. They even washed my windshield and back window. Wow now that's service.

I visited Big O this week and had to have my battery replaced. The following day my car was having problems and was unable to start at my job. I called Big O and spoke with them and they sent two guys out to take care of problem right away. Excellent customer service. My car was ready and all issues were taken care of by the time I was off of work.

I did a walk in oil change during mid afternoon, they were able to get my vehicle in quickly without any issues. The air filters needed changed so they allowed me to see the old ones so I could make an informed decision myself. The staff is friendly and respectful but most importantly honest.

The staff is friendly and greeted me at the door. They remember my name and knew exactly what I was there for. Service was quick and everything was explained well. I just really appreciate the people at this shop.

The only thing that concerned me was that my console had been opened. As far as I could tell though nothing had been taken. Courteous and professional atmosphere! I forgot to tell them to not touch the air filter and there was a gentlemen who RIGHT away helped me with that!!

The staff got my car in for an oil change very quickly and the wait time for completion of the service was very reasonable.
