Big O Tires

I live in Louisville and needed a place that would offer honest and professional service for my vehicle. My sister/brother-in-law recommended the Big O in Shepherdsville. They gave them highest ratings on all their service. So I took that and called about new tires, rotation, oil change, new wiper-blades. I spoke with Matthew and I could not believe how nice and respectful he was. He answered every question I had and we set a time for me to come in. It was like talking to a family member! Adam was at the front desk and we went over what I needed and asked of he could help me with any other services while I was there. He was so polite and efficient. I went outside to wait because of the guidelines placed on the front for social distancing. Only 5 customers in at a time due to the Pandemic. It comforted me to know they were following these guidelines to keep the public safe! Kudos to all the staff and Management. While waiting I was so impressed with how this team of Mechanics handled a very busy Monday! They looked like the pit crew from any Nascar team. People and vehicles moved in and out like assembly line! Amazing. I have been to a few Big O garages before and have waited up to 4 hours for my service. I was there at 11:00 and out by 12:10. And that was getting tires, alignment, oil change, wiper replacement. Every employee I encountered was so polite and courteous, even under all the stress of a super busy morning! So give all the team a big shouted out from a very happy customer. I will definitely return when I'm in need of anything else. Those guys are making Big O look great! Thanks again Gaye Dones

I was promptly greeted at the counter by Jay ( a new employee) who assessed the issue and pulled the car into the garage. Jay was very polite and professional. After the repair we exchanged pleasantries and departed. Hoping he stays with the team.
