Big O Tires

Jim and his associates are very helpful, outstanding service. HOWEVER THE PRODUCT; i.e. tires, are of very poor quality. One of the 1st set of tires I purchased was out of round and had to be replaced. This set of tires = ALL FOUR HAD TO BE REPLACED DUE TO BEING OUT-OF-ROUND. THE MANUFACTURE HAS VERY POOR QUALITY CONTROL!!!

Always fast, friendly and honest

I had a blowout last week, they warrantied the blowout 100%. Other 3 tires were older, so I had them install all new tires on my vehicle.

I like that they remember their repeat customers by name. They explain everything very clearly and they are professional and friendly. I feel the pricing is fair and that they are very honest.

I am extremely satisfied with the service and Dawn (the associate) was as always very helpful. My problem was the price. I had all 4 tires replaced due to a wreck a few months ago and the coliseum center purchased the tires from Walmart. I did not go to Walmart because I was familiar with Big O and my experiences with the Shepherdsville location were always good. However, the price was extremely higher than Walmart.

Had work done on a vehicle for my new teenage driver. The vehicle runs like new. Great friendly service:)
