My car broke down, like bearing wore out and tire fell off and broke every stud but Atleastit was on Big o's exit the next mornin I called at 8 am and bye noon I was back on the road to Michigan, I was very lucky to get off exit tire coulda came off on highway I just made into gas station people there were helpful to, pointed me to Big o's. And it was very reasonable even picked me up at hotel. Thanku greg

They were fast, friendly and very professional

These guys are great. I was going to buy some kumos and I had that in my mind as the best buy. After talking to the salesman Mathew I was definately convinced that the Big O Legacy was a way better tire to buy for the money. My Beetle now glides down the road and the steering response is top notch reaction due to alignment. I thank Big O for having the best techs and the awesome saleman Mathew for his knowledge of the Legacy. I will be back to this Big O again. Thanks Big O

In town for an overnight stay, awoke to find a flat on one of the cars. Luckily we were close to the Big O store. We were greeted at the door and ask if we need help. The gentleman came to the car and pulled the tire from the trunk. Checked for punctures and after finding none told us he could clean up the bead reseat tire and check for leaks we couldn't see. Told me the cost and I gave him the go ahead. This gentleman was professional and courteous. It was a bright spot in what could have been a bad start to the morning. Thank You. In a few minutes we were out the door with the fixed tire. Great experience.

I had a minor problem with a tire. I am 75 yrs old and have been to Big O several times. Never has any sales person treated me with the kindness or patience that Jay Cardine did today. I love this Big O. I was treated better with this small purchase than I was treated when I purchased tires at the other Big O. This will be my go to place for tires and other purchases . You are so blessed to have Jay. It was a wonderful atmosphere, spotless front area and everyone was smiling.👍

The staff was friendly and honest. They gave me a fair evaluation of the issue and fixed it immediately. They were very honest, polite and professional. The store was very clean, restrooms were very clean. I have, and will continue to recommend this store. Matt was the main person helping me and he was excellent. The service tech's were knowledgeable and offered solid advice and tips for my vehicle. I did a price comparison for the issue I had and they were the best om price.

I called before arrival to see if they had tires to fit my car. When I arrived, they called me by name being friendly and professional. My wait time wasn’t long. Staff spoke to me while I was waiting and kept me in the loop on how long until the car would be ready. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
