I love this Big O my family and I frequent it all time. They always do a good job and fix any issues that may arise right away without any problem. Yes I have recommended them several times to friends and family, and they have also been satisfied.

Had a tire light on, they checked the tire pressure added air which made the light go out. Didnt even charge me. I have been going to this Big O off and on for years and have always got great service from them.

I have done auto/tire business with the Old Shepherdsville Road Big O Tires outlet for years & have never been disappointed! The office & shop crew people are always courteous & professional. I will continue to shop there as long as I remain in the area! Mark, Larry & now Amanda are super pros!
