Big O Tires

I have been a Big O customer (at the same location) for about 40 years. They have been beyond great to me & my family.

I have been going to this location since 1987....I know the associates and trust in them. I recommend this product to all for the service and the product..Just got to love Big O!!

All of the men that were working were so helpful. They communicated what was going on and even gave me some fantastic news. I went in for a tire replacement and the man came out and told me he checked my flat and was able to repair it instead. I really appreciated the fact that they were helpful in all aspects and checked the problem instead of trying to make money off me like some shops.

Had a tire light on, they checked the tire pressure added air which made the light go out. Didnt even charge me. I have been going to this Big O off and on for years and have always got great service from them.

They were fast, friendly and fairly priced.

It was the simplest and fastest car work I have ever had done. I came in, told them the issue, gave them my key, 30 minutes later I paid them $30, and drove away with a fixed tire. It was very efficient and effective. The only thing I might could ask for is a bit more communication of how long it might take just so that I can have expectations or plan accordingly.
