Big O Tires

The sales people were very helpful and polite. Even though I had purchased my tire from a no longer existing Big O, they were able to help out with the assistance of corporate Big O. Fast- had new tires the next day.

This is where I go when my car needs to be serviced. They are so friendly and the wait time is usually not that long. I go here for oil changes and when I needed tires they gave me a great deal. About six months after I bought the tires one of the tires started getting flat from a rock and they fixed it and didn’t even charge me for it. I highly recommend them.

I spoke with Amanda on 12/4 about a screw in my tire, and she said to come on by that next day, 12/5, and they could repair it. She quoted me a price but also said if it was a Big O tire, there'd be no charge. The team was fast and efficient, and very friendly. Thanks for everything!

Amanda was so awesome that we purchased a set of tires for our second vehicle within the week. I ordered the tires on Thursday and by 1:00 the next day I was home with my new tires. The wait at the facility was extremely reasonable and the waiting areas were quite Covid compliant. We have been recommending this location to anyone who asks...or doesn't ask. Thank you to all!
