I sent an email requesting feedback on the charge of a synthetic oil change I had done & paid for. Larry, Store Mgr called me today. He was very polite. Very professional. Superb phone etiquette & customer service. Answered all my questions in detail. Couldn't be happier & I will be a returning customer. Thank you Larry for making my day.

I came in without an appointment after getting a flat tire the night before. The associate took care of me right away. I left my vehicle there and my husband took me to work. I got a got within a couple hours letting me know my tire was under warranty, what I would owe for mounting, balancing etc, and that my car would be ready in 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly.

Very satisfied. Easy transaction. Sold me what I wanted and at a good price point.
