I am mostly very pleased with this Big O tires. My family has used this location for years. However the sore spot is the customer service from only 1 individual named Larry. I have had several people complain about him when I bring it up in conversation and have experienced this first hand several times. Again, everyone else here is wonderful. But I'm really tired of Larry and his poor customer service skills which include attitude issues, poor eye contact, and not being sincere with his responses. Larry is in need of some intense customer service training. For the sake of this Big O's reputation I hope this comment is taken seriously. The rest of you... keep up the great work and help Larry out! Thanks!

I was not pleased at all by this last experience, I did get help from one of the guys and he was nice and kept me updated. They did not fix the problem and I got charged WAY too much for the services and had to take the car back twice and the problem is still not fixed and they was supposed to call me back with another part was to come in and that was supposed to happen 2 days ago and I still have my light on and the brakes are grinding hard still so I will not be returning to them after I am finished paying off this ridiculous bill. So, disappointed because I had an experience before.

As a fellow associate of Service Industry I understand the value in good customer Service. Larry and Mark are very professional, and always helpful for my company. They always get our fleet trucks in and out in timely fashion as they understand the demand for our industry. I will continue to come back and also recommend others to this location.

They broke my valve stem, and when I took it back, they wanted to charge me to repair what they broke.

Randy helped me find a very good deal on tires for my car and also found a great deal on tires for my husband's truck. Very good deal for both of us and very fast and friendly service. This is the 3rd set of tires we have purchased for our family at this location.

I had already set up tires to be put on my wife's car....first they tried to up sell her for more tires and stuff we didn't ask for...then they put the lug nuts on right and try to say they were missing....lying to my wife about the whole thing to cover themselves ...would never recommend or will ever be back

Friendly, fast service!

Ever since I got the used tires on my car that cost nearly $200, my driver side front end shakes really bad. It sounds terrible and pulls to the left horribly. Would not trust that service again. Will only purchase brand new tires in the future. I feel like I wasted my money right before a 10 hour round trip...

I was in and out in about 20 minutes, they didn't know if they could fix my tire but he told me he would do his best and he did just that.

The three staff persons are great Working together. They want to do a good job, which they do and also help the other person.
