I had a coupon for oil change that came in my last merchant tire bill and there was an issue regarding whether they would honor it because of the individual ownership of Big O stores and my card was not a Big O but the Merchant Tire that i got when I got some tires. Kind of irritated me because why sent me a Merchant card to use but they may not honor it. Confusing but they did honor the coup[on.

This Big-O store does a good job in getting your needs satisfied. Didn't have to wait longer than anticipated. I came in for a tire rotation. However, the air pressure in the tires was higher than recommended, so I'll have to let out a little air.
