Professional, prompt, and courteous

Fast, courteous service. I would definitely recommend to family and friends to use this location. They did not have the size tire I needed but were able to locate one, go pick it up and have it on my car in less than an hour.

They are always very nice and professional. The store hours and location are very convenient for me, and I never have to wait too long when I'm there. This particular store at Old Shep Road has the best service!

The sales people were very helpful and polite. Even though I had purchased my tire from a no longer existing Big O, they were able to help out with the assistance of corporate Big O. Fast- had new tires the next day.

I have both my vehicles serviced there. I also buy my tires from Big O for as well.

We came in for tires, and Larry,our sales person, told us about the free Big O Aspen tire we would receive if we ordered three tires. We decided to use this offer, since we would probably be buying two more tires later. Since we learned of the sic month same-as-cash feature of the credit card, we applied, and were approved, for it. We found the entire experience beneficial.

I was very pleased with the service to fix my tire before it went flat I didn't have an appointment but it didn't take long for them to get it fixed.

The staff at the Old Shepherdsville Big O store were very accommodating and knowledgeable. We walked into the store knowing the type of tire we needed, and they fulfilled our request with out wasting time. Because they were extremely busy,they could not greet us in the parking lot,nor did we wish them to do so. Since we have an active Big O credit account,we did not need to explore opening one. They expedited our order without sacrificing courtesy or efficiency, and we greatly appreciated this. We will definitely return for further service.

Have had this problem off and on for about 4 years. All other attempts to locate the problem and fix were not successful until I visited your service dept. The tech found the problem and it was fixed in short order. Thanks!!!

I like the customer service at the Shepherdsville Road location much better than the one at Gilmore Lane.
