The wrong brake pads were sent for my brake repair. I had spoken to the gentle.an at the counter and let him know I needed to be out around 2 due to doctors appointment. He and the other associates made sure I was out on time despite the issue.

Took a little bit to figure out what was causing the check engine light to keep coming on but it was figured out.

They always take great service and go out of their way to find the best solution for your problem.

I LOVE the care and attention the staff here give. I know very little about cars and often come in in a panic, and they are always so wonderfully kind, patient, and efficient. I feel like they treat each and every customer with that same attention and attitude, and I really admire the whole business for that.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Quick service at a decent price.

I've been coming here a long time with different vehicles. This is the best Big O and the best car maintenance place I have ever been to. I don't go anywhere else. The people here are courteous, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. And the real selling feature is I have never felt like they are dishonest. If they say something is wrong then I know something is wrong. They don't make up problems to get you to spend more money. And if it's something simple that doesn't require parts, sometimes they don't even charge you. Would I recommend this Big O. All the time. It's the best.

I had hit a pot hole and my tire had to be replace. I had bought the tires last July 2017, so they ask me to bring in my paperwork when I bought my tires. The tire to be replace was the front tire on passenger side. I ask if they could do rotation, while they were changing the tire. I drove the car for awhile and notice the car was pulling to the right. I took the car back and the person who changed my tire, had put new tire on front, where I had the flat. The problem was the worker did not put the tire on the back, since I did not have two tires replace. I don't feel I had rotation done. The new worker, fixed the problem. I did not need an alignment at this time., all need was to have the new tire put on the back. The employees were pleasant. I like the Christian feel in the work place. I like the verses on the outside to read while waiting for the light. I will go back, when I do; I need to feel like I am getting my service done completely right the first time.

Got my car fixed in a quick and easy manner.

I love Big O. they are the best. Never ever felt like they were trying to make you pay or buy something you didn't need or try to fool you into thinking something is wrong with your car when it wasn't. i think they are very honest,. Been going there well over 10 years. They are the best I don't take the car anywhere else unless I'm out of town and have a problem.
