Even though they were busy, they were able to take some time to look at my CRV, diagnose the problem and fix it. It was a simple fix and the price for the labor of $25 was less than I have had from other companies.

The key lock to my custom rims was missing therefore they could not remove wheels for yearly rotation, and also fix a slow leak. that key lock tool was not returned to my vehicle last year upon purchasing four brand new tires at Big O. staff and service department searched shop and also my car thoroughly. Scheduled a priority appointment next morning and had a new set of locks and the key lock tool at no charge big old fixed. My flat did the tire rotation and checkpoints and provided me with the new key lock tool, I was extremely satisfied and will definitely be a return customer

This is the one automotive store where I have never felt taken advantage of being female. The people there have always been friendly and knowledgeable. I feel I get a good price on whatever service I need. I have never felt gouged here. I've been coming here since the 1990's. I trust these people
