Even though they were busy, they were able to take some time to look at my CRV, diagnose the problem and fix it. It was a simple fix and the price for the labor of $25 was less than I have had from other companies.

The employees are very friendly and fair. They do not try to sell me services that i do not need like the previous Big O location that i visited.

This is the one automotive store where I have never felt taken advantage of being female. The people there have always been friendly and knowledgeable. I feel I get a good price on whatever service I need. I have never felt gouged here. I've been coming here since the 1990's. I trust these people

Scheduled appointment online. Dropped of vehicle and received a call about 2 hours later saying it was ready. Drove it home with the problem fixed

Way better then any other

Didn’t have appointment, just a walk in & was taken good care of, I just needed a brake light on passenger side, after checking it out, service man , said that all lights were working, but after explaining to him , that light came on , in car & let me know it was out, then had 2- people tell me did I know my brake light was out, he suggested that maybe it was getting ready to go bad, so we decided to go ahead & replace the bulb, this reassured me, that they do honest work at Big O’s 😊
