Big O Tires

I should have kept count of how many sets of tires I've bought and recommended since my first in 1963; did for my sister last year; just did replacement on our Toyota; always BIG O!!!

Professional and friendly service extremely helpful and knowledgeable this is my second time to this store to buy a set of tires I don't believe I would go anywhere else.

Staff explain to me in detail the condition of my tires, and that they had to be replaced due to age of dry rotting. Also explained in detail, the expense and problems that would occur with the computer system in my low profile, manufactured maxima. Therefore I chose to stay with the purchase of a complete new set of low profile tires.

I was surprised to pay a mid-week special price on an oil change! I also received a gift certificate for a free oil change next time because it was my first visit to the location. Everyone was kind.

I've been coming to this Big O for probably over 20 years except when they were burned down. So glad they rebuilt. I wouldn't want to go any place else. I've always felt that they were honest - never trying to gouge a female. And the work has always been great. Never had to come back for a little fixing here or there. I value their honesty as much if not more than I hope they value me as a customer. I recommend them to everyone. And Missy and Laura are the nicest, friendliest people to deal with. Always, always pleasant and they keep you informed of what's happening and what's needing to be done. I wouldn't go anyplace else, not even the dealership.

I had a great experience. This exact store has helped me twice. I like this store and trust them. I was never offered a credit card application. Didn't know that was a thing, also was not greeted at my car. Given that they were busy I think it's fine. Terrific service. Will be back for current problem with my truck.

Everyone was very friendly! The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with everyone and they were so kind and courteous to me! I did not have an appointment for my oil change! My overall visit was very nice!
