Big O Tires

I needed new tires but didn't have an appointment. They working right in on a Saturday amd they called me to update me every step of the way.

Service was great.

I use them for all my automotive needs.Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!!!

Staff was kind.

I showed up 15 minutes before closing with a bad tire. Figured I would probably have to leave my car. Instead, they took my car and repaired my tire and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. Big thanks to the Big O Team

I had an emergency with a dead battery and Big O was able to fit me in even though they were closing early. Dawn gave excellent customer service!

I needed to wait a week to pick up my car because of my schedule and frankly my pay day, and they had no problem with that. They found the right transmission for my car at a price I could afford and with the warranty I needed.

I have just moved to the Fairdale area.I was pleased to see the scripture on the outside sign instead of some deal to lure me in which usually turns out to be not really a deal, like buy three tires get one free.Duh.Anyway, I still was sceptical but hopeful that I would have a mechanic that was close to home, dependable and also spend my money on a place friendly to the gospel believer.I was appreciative of the time the lady spent looking up my exact needs and didn't make promises first without knowing for sure.So after it was set clear and she repeated "So you want us to replace the dim lights, check your transmission fluid level and check the codes on your check engine light, right?"It was such a blessing all was done as promised.No charge for the code checking and fluid check.A full break down of what you charged for and my car had a 5.00 off coupon and a sign of "God Bless" hanging from the mirror.So,I am so happy to have the deal sealed in my mind where I can always depend on bringing my car. Now to find a dentist, eye doctor, hair dresser and blood mobile,hee, hee..... Many Blessings for owning your Lord and for also following up on walking the walk.

I have always been skeptical of mechanics. Since I have found this Big O store, I refuse to have anyone else look at my car. This was my first follow up after getting new tires to have them rotated. I also had an oil change done at the same time. I was in and out in 30 minutes max. I love this place...they are super friendly and helpful :).

I always like the service at Big O Tires. Years back, I did not like this company, but they have changed since then, and for the better. The place is clean. They explain the service well, and they never try to upsale with an expensive and unexpected repair. So far, I am quite happy with the service I always get there.
