Big O Tires

I needed new tires but didn't have an appointment. They working right in on a Saturday amd they called me to update me every step of the way.

Took a little bit to figure out what was causing the check engine light to keep coming on but it was figured out.

I use them for all my automotive needs.Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!!!

I LOVE the care and attention the staff here give. I know very little about cars and often come in in a panic, and they are always so wonderfully kind, patient, and efficient. I feel like they treat each and every customer with that same attention and attitude, and I really admire the whole business for that.

I showed up 15 minutes before closing with a bad tire. Figured I would probably have to leave my car. Instead, they took my car and repaired my tire and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. Big thanks to the Big O Team

I have just moved to the Fairdale area.I was pleased to see the scripture on the outside sign instead of some deal to lure me in which usually turns out to be not really a deal, like buy three tires get one free.Duh.Anyway, I still was sceptical but hopeful that I would have a mechanic that was close to home, dependable and also spend my money on a place friendly to the gospel believer.I was appreciative of the time the lady spent looking up my exact needs and didn't make promises first without knowing for sure.So after it was set clear and she repeated "So you want us to replace the dim lights, check your transmission fluid level and check the codes on your check engine light, right?"It was such a blessing all was done as promised.No charge for the code checking and fluid check.A full break down of what you charged for and my car had a 5.00 off coupon and a sign of "God Bless" hanging from the mirror.So,I am so happy to have the deal sealed in my mind where I can always depend on bringing my car. Now to find a dentist, eye doctor, hair dresser and blood mobile,hee, hee..... Many Blessings for owning your Lord and for also following up on walking the walk.

I have always been skeptical of mechanics. Since I have found this Big O store, I refuse to have anyone else look at my car. They are always ready and I get my vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time. The prices won't break my account. If you need good, honest mechanics...you need this store. I ? Big O

The clerk was very nice and he was informative, letting me know what I needed to do next to car.

This was my first follow up after getting new tires to have them rotated. I also had an oil change done at the same time. I was in and out in 30 minutes max. I love this place...they are super friendly and helpful :).
