Everyone was welcoming and had car ready when they said it would be

All of the staff were professional yet personable. This repair was very complex and i trust them 100%. I will come back to this store and trust the crew with my new used car (2014 Ford Escape) as well as my 2007 Ford Focus. I wish I could give them something to show my gratitude.

Love Big O on outer loop. Friendly staff and always finished in a timely manner! Or if they are very busy, they'll always give a heads up so you can choose whether you want to wait or come back at a different time.

I was stressed out over having a flat tire and had to have my car towed to their location. Everyone was very very kind and caring. When the tech told me I needed new tires I ask about the size. I didn’t want skinny tires. He rolled out one to show me exactly what I would be getting.

Excellent customer service. I had kids with me & they were provided with cooking books. We were able to watch as they serviced my car through a window. The kids loved that. The waiting area was comfortable.
