weather related, tires went low. they fix the problem. put more air in the tires. i missed seeing the Bible Verse. Found out at this location New Cut, was getting a new sign or updating the sign.

I only buy Big O tires I like how they stand behind their products & service The people there are friendly & the service is OUTSTANDING

I always like the service at Big O Tires. Years back, I did not like this company, but they have changed since then, and for the better. The place is clean. They explain the service well, and they never try to upsale with an expensive and unexpected repair. So far, I am quite happy with the service I always get there.

Staff explain to me in detail the condition of my tires, and that they had to be replaced due to age of dry rotting. Also explained in detail, the expense and problems that would occur with the computer system in my low profile, manufactured maxima. Therefore I chose to stay with the purchase of a complete new set of low profile tires.

I've been coming to this Big O for probably over 20 years except when they were burned down. So glad they rebuilt. I wouldn't want to go any place else. I've always felt that they were honest - never trying to gouge a female. And the work has always been great. Never had to come back for a little fixing here or there. I value their honesty as much if not more than I hope they value me as a customer. I recommend them to everyone. And Missy and Laura are the nicest, friendliest people to deal with. Always, always pleasant and they keep you informed of what's happening and what's needing to be done. I wouldn't go anyplace else, not even the dealership.

Went because I got a $25 off coupon card in the mail (addressed to previous tenant) and when I checked out, they told me if I like the facebook page I would get another $5 off. I was impressed he told me about that when I was already getting $25 off. After the two discounts, my oil change only ended up being $11! There was a bit of a wait, but not too bad and definitely worth it for the customer service I received. Will be going back and would recommend to others in the area.

The staff were extremely polite and professional. Service was completed in a timely manner, done correctly, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Very amenable staff

I recently lost my husband who took care of our vehicles maintenance. Not knowing what to get I stopped in and was made very comfortable and guided on recommending a purchase of tires. It made a difficult task much easier and although I cried when I made the financial transaction I felt they helped tackle a tuff task. Thanks for the great support!
