Big O Tires

I was not greeted at my car,offered a free alignment check,and no credit card application. I found the receptionist to be somewhat rude. I approached the counter to inquire about additional services such as tire rotation and balance. I was not addressed at ALL and was not provided the opportunity to ask the question instead she looked straight at me and walked away as if I was not there. She went to inform another customer that their vehicle was completed. I remained at the counter shocked at the disbelief that she was disrespectful and rude. Once she returned to the counter was when I was addressed. I asked the question and was told to wait until she checked out the customer she retrieved because she would have to check my record on the computer. I returned to the waiting area. Not only did she continued to complete checking out the customer she retrieved but waited on two other customers, which one was a walk in inquiring about a vehicle inspection which the customer addressed the other woman working at the counter. I was applaud! Thirty five minutes went by and she never came to addressed me. Finally, I approached her. She NEVER apologize but told me that she was looking into it. My repairs were completed. I have had my vehicle serviced at this this Big O location several times and although the wait is long and service completed;I've NEVER experienced this type of treatment!!! My vehicle was repaired professionally without any issues and the very reason why I returns. I'm not SO sure if it will be that location.

I have been going to this particular location for over 10 years now. They know me and my car. Over the years they have earned my trust and have solved several issues with my car. This location is also close to where I work which makes scheduling easier.

I had an issue with my tire pressure sensor. They got it back found the problem and fixed it right away.

By far the best Big O around. Junior went above and beyond to help me out. Two flats and below freezing out, not a great way to start your day. Junior not only found two good used tires for me but with payday still days away he delayed the payment and helped me get back on the road. Saved the day and gained a lifelong customer.
