Big O Tires

This has been the worst service I've ever received from this location. The lady behind the counter was very rude. The guys in the shop was too busy playing on their phones than working on customers cars.

New tires and alignment: After purchasing 4 new tires i Had to take my van back because it was vibrating. They rebalanced my tires and the van still vibrates. It did not do this before I purchased new tires. I will have to go back again. This is a huge inconvenience

Big O was able to replace 4 tires for me within an hour. The manager was very helpful in helping me choose the right tires for my vehicle. The whole store was very clean from the waiting area to the bathrooms. I was very satisfied with the price I paid for the service I received. Thank you Big O!

I had made an appointment on Saturday July 27th for an 11 AM appointment on July 29th to have a leaking tire fixed and a possible tire rotation. I was told they were running behind, but would get to me as near 11 as they could. About 20 minutes or so later a young woman came in, also with an 11 AM appointment. Apparently she was getting a whole set of new tires so her car was taken back before mine. She got out around the time they were bringing my car back. I watched through the window as they looked over my car. 3 people looked at all the tires and one man came in and told me I hsd 3 tires that were bald and dry rotted. Now I remind you I watched 3 men all look at all the tires and came to the conclusion the 3 were bald and dry rotted. Well what I had failed to tell them that only 3 months ago the two tires on the passenger side were replaced at a Big O tire in Jeffersonville, IN, so the man told me I would have to go over there to get help with that. Now the tire that was leaking was the rear passenger side, but it was not bald and dry rotted. I think that since they were going to get money for that one anyway they said it just needed a patch. After I told him about the 2 on the passenger side being so new he went back out ans said the guy made a mistake and the front passenger side, which they said was bald and dry rotted was in fact OK. I will try ti upload pictures of it. Well the one that said a mistake had been made was also one of the 3 that first said it was bad. I detest being lied to, this wasn't a mistake this was an outright lie told by 3 employees. Then apparently they messed up the bead on the tire tat was to be patched, also one of the new Big O tires from Jeffersonville, so they had to replace it. Of course they didn't have one in stock so they had to go to the warehouse and get further delaying me. So what should have been a simple patch job turned into 3 hours of lies and incompetence. They did not how ever charge me for anything, but how can anyone ever be sure they are being told the truth by your company? Had they not lied to me I would have bought 2 new tire to replace the worn one on the driver side, but I'm not sure I could trust them to do a correct job. I was able to call in and get service scheduled. I was given a ride home, about 2 miles which really helped. Parts were readily available, and I got my truck back quickly.

My sister who is from California has been using my Honda Civic while she is here . There was a coolant leak that needed to be corrected for safety reasons . I suggested she could take it to the Big O a few miles away on Outer Loop . I've used the one on Preston several times and was very pleased with their service . However , the location on Outer Loop would not honor the $50 immediate discount for costs over $250 . The costs for an oil change , tire rotation and new radiator was $350 . The Big O on Preston Highway would have given the discount with no problems . This is very bad business. I will never use the Outer Loop Big O for anything .

I showed up without an appt. & did not have to wait long at all to be checked in all the way too checking out. All around a big KUDOS to the whole staff! Thanks Again

The appointment setup person I believe was Laura. She rocks! Very professional and helpful. The person that checked me in was very personable and rocks too! The service was great!! Love this place

Things went great, with the communication. i had to spend 4hrs there, i think that's long. i had to have brakes put on the front and had my head lights cleaned. they did a great job on cleaning my headlights, it looks like new. i don't have a problem with going to outer loop service area, it's just the communication gets loss in the service time.

I have been coming to this Big O for many years with several different makes of cars even when the cars were under warranty. I have never felt because I'm female that I am being gouged on services or price. they have treated me fairly, courteously and friendly. I trust their judgement and the service. I've never had to go back because something was forgotten. I don't even consider going somewhere else. And the last time even though they were extremely busy and I didn't have an appointment they worked me in quickly. I did go back the next day because the part needed was not readily available and had to be ordered and it was later in the day when I showed up the first time. This was not a problem to me. The lady was very nice and helpful, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, courteous, (I'm embarrassed I don't remember her name). I can't testify for other Big O's but this one is the best in my book. Go back? Every time I need some type of service I will be at this Big O.
