Normally I have a great experience at Big O on just oil changes and tire service. This time I dropped my car off on a Thursday and told them I was leaving on vacation the next week. I had to call each day to find out the status of my car. No one called me. I agreed to a $700 repair that ended up not even fixing my car. I do not feel like I should have been responsible for this charge. I would not have agreed had it not truly been the issue. I told them when I dropped the car off I was going on vacation the next week. I had to call Tuesday and demand to have my car back because I needed to leave. Did not get my car until Wednesday morning of the next week.

took car to have tire checked for not keeping air and the said the tires needed to be rotated. I was there for 2 hours or longer. They do not have enough help

Just a remarkably pleasant experience. The staff were very polite, knowledgeable and professional. The facilities were impeccable. Service was quick.

The tire service was satisfactory, but when it came time to settle the bill additional charges had been added for shop supplies, waste disposal (of the shop supplies) and labor (involving the shop supplies). All told my bill was $90 higher than the quoted price. Insult to injury the mechanic moved my seat all the way forward and didn't put it back. Being rather tall I bashed my head against the door frame trying to get in. My radio station was changed too!

Man at front that checked me in was just rude. Hassled me about my voucher. My truck was finished and just kept me there because he didn't believe my voucher would work. I was there for several hours just for an oil change. Only nice people that I came across was the actual men working on my truck and the lady who I usually see at front desk. I didn't even get the estimates that I asked for just what he ordered even though when I first came in for a oil change estimate the man that checked me in wrote a note in the system to check what I asked about. More than likely I will take my business else where. Which sucks cause I have done business with big o for years following in my parents foot steps.

I needed a tire plugged due to picking up a screw. The guy told me it would take 2 hours and I said I would come back with him assuring me he would call when it was ready. I waited two and a half hours before returning just to find it was done but received no phone call. When I picked up the keys I asked if they could change out my turn signal and was told another hour and it was an hour and a half. I worked third shift and had not been to bed when I got there. Waited four hours with no report until it was done. No happy and it is a shame!!

I have been going to this location for many years even when this location was further up new cut rd.in the past I have always had good service with them up until recently.the last 2 times I have had my truck in there for an oil change I requested that they check the rear brakes.when I come back to pick the truck up and ask about the condition of rear brakes they said it wasn't on paper to check.on 7/3/2017 I dropped my 2011 Camaro off to have a front end alignment.was asked by person writing it up why I was needing an alignment and I told her that I had just had 1" lowering springs installed. was told it would be ready by 6:30 and when I picked it up she handed me the keys and and said that is it.i asked about payment and she told me they couldn't do it because it was too low to get on alignment rack.why they couldn't have told me that when I dropped it off .I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Big o tires. Usually I go to a different big o tires, so this was the first time I went to the one located on outer loop and I most likely will not be back. It was not one thing, but multiple events that happened that made this into a bad experience. First, I had a flat tire and came in on Thursday to get a new one. They sold me a tire without really giving other options, but I asked if they could check the other tires prior to putting the tire on. I needed 4 brand new tires, so I went inside and asked for big o tires. There was none in the store, so he had to order. I asked him for a cheaper tire and would come back to get the 4 tires because I needed to go to work. He quoted me on a $90 tire and I agreed. After that, the mechanic came in and said he already placed another tire on the car, so when they checked me out my total was around $162. He said they would order the big o tires and since he put a better tire on he would take that price off the total of the 4 tires. It wasn't the $90 I was quoted, but I was coming back for the 4 tires, so I just paid for it, since I was already late for work. Second, I came back to get the 4 tires put on that Wednesday the following week. However, when I went into the store they stated they didn't have the tires and would need to order it. I was later told they had the tires the previous day, but they were not set up as a reserve, so they sold them. I went ahead and got an oil change and set up an appointment for 9:30am the next morning when they would have the tires. Next, I came back on Thursday at my appointment time, which was 9:30am. I expressed the importance of their commitment to the appointment time because I had to be at an appointment at 11:00am. However, they showed no sense of urgency. People who came in after me were finishing before me. Even a man who was there for an oil change noticed the same thing and made a comment. I was extremely patient and ended up having to cancel my appointment due to the time it took. I did not even get out of the building until 11:30 am. After they were done I went to cash out and they told me the amount, I ran my card and asked about the alignment. The cashier stated He was sorry that was good and had to recharge me the right amount. If I didn't say anything then I would have paid for an alignment I didn't receive. They honored the previous employee by discounting the amount as promised. After taking off the alignment the man checking me out stated I would not be able to submit for the $50 rebate because my subtotal was $487, so he asked me if I wanted them to lower the credit amount to $149, so I could get the gift card. At this point, I feel I lost patience with everything I had experienced and cashed out with the $487 because I was over it and did not want to do business anymore. However, the only reason I was at that amount was because in the initial visit I ended up paying $162 instead of $90. So in the end this was because an error on an employees part. I explained that to the man and he stated that is not how Citibank sees it. So needless to say I won't be getting the $50 rebate card due to the misinformation of employees. The employees were nice, but due to the lack of urgency, they're lack of knowledge and process it created a poor customer experience. Thank you.

I was greeted with a friendly welcome and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. I only needed the pressure in my tires checked and my battery checked but everyone was extremely courteous and the front desk person kept me constantly informed as to what was being done and the service technician was very thorough and friendly.
