Big O Tires

I had my oil change and check coolant. I had bought new window wipers, and I had to bring the car back to have the wipers checked. on the driver side they had put on the wrong size of wiper on the driver side. Employer came out to the car and check the wiper, employer came back out with another pair of wiper to put on my car. Checked before I left and is working fine now. Employer who fixes car, need to make sure everything is working fine turning to the person who owns the car. you have great employers, and I like the Bible Verse you have outside you can read from the street. I just feel they need to make sure everything is working property before leaving.

Walked in and service advisor met me and asked what she could do for me and I told her and she asked for phone and address number and took my keys and next thing you know they moved my truck to the garage and next thing you know it was finished . Good service I will be back

All service people very polite & answered all my questions wait a little long for an oil change but other cars were there would be nice to have a TV to watch but does one in waiting area

I called to get a pricing on new tires for my vehicle. I spoke to, I believe his name was Richard. He did an amazing job of breaking down the tire options and prices. He went ahead and scheduled my appointment, I was very fortunate to be able to have my service done that day. He even went as far as making sure I had the correct directions to the Outer Loop location. Upon dropping off the lady beside Melissa helped check me in and out. She was very polite and personable. Even though Melissa did not help me personally out I observed how urgent she was to people waiting and taking the time to give a breakdown of what service was best to fit their needs. My Coworker and friend Kim Atkinson referred me to this location and I’m glad she did.

The ladies at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and didn't pressure you into buying something you didn't need. The techs also did a fine job looking at what was requested by me.

Very nice staff. Love how you have a Bible right there in the lobby. Would be nice to offer something other than coffee. Not everyone drinks coffee.

I always use this store because the service is very good, however I was there to buy a new set of tires and thought it might take about 1 hour unfortunately it took 3 1/2 hours. I just wish they had told me up front how long it would be.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. I feel the like mechanics are knowledgeable in what they do and do quality work. The warranty are good as well.

This time I stopped without a previous phone call and the service managers were able to work my vehicle into the service department very promptly. Thank you so much!!

I was told that the new tire I needed would be delivered around 1:30 - 2:00. I was told they would call be as soon as the tire was at the store. At 4:30 I had not heard from the store so my husband called and tje response he got was, "Oh yeah, it's ready. The rim is on and ready to be put on." When he went in the next morning at 8 am he waited an hour to get the tire put on.

Depends on what you having done! Not comfortable with the guy who keeps finding same rusty nail in side of tire! Best I stay with Big O on Cane Run!!!!!!!
