Excellent service as always.

My over all experience was great not only the active manager in the shop was very helpful but so was his employee Joe he spoke clearly and directly to me and both of them gave me reasonable answers to all my questions in a terminology that was understandable even for the not so inclined customer

I have been to several Big-O 'Tire companies, in Louisville. Always treated with the upmost respect and geat service. Over the past 30 years Big O is the place for me.

The employees are friendly and efficient. The waiting area is comfortable. The wait was very reasonable.

I took my car in to have an oil change and others update. they did a tire rotation, and stated that i need a new filter; had them to change that will i was there. so, far everything is ok.

Dawn invited me in over the phone and checked me in once I got there. She was very courteous and knowledgeable about her job. She explained the diagnosis and quoted me a reasonable price. She also wished me a great day upon leaving.

Miss. Missy is the best person there, always a smiling face. Always keeps you updated on your car. When you call the store always as a great phone voice. When she left the Hillview store, followed her to Fairdale store.
