I had an experience 20 years ago at this location and vowed never to return. I decided to give them another chance and my experience this time was 100% better. I am returning for my next auto needs because they were friendly; I was able to make the appointment online; they got me in even earlier; they kept me informed; and I got special pricing. I feel like I was treated as though I was important to their business. This is the way all customers should feel during and after the whole process. Loved it!

This is NOT my first visit, you did a good job prior and I returned for a different problem.

All of the attendants were extremely polite, courteous and friendly. I went in just for an oil change and go have my tires balanced and rotated along with a request to have a liquid leak checked out. Unfortunately, it was determined that I needed an new water pump much to my dismay. However, I was told they could do the job that very day which was nice. My wait time took longer than I had planned for the oil change and rotation and my blood sugars got unpleasantly low causing some distress and all three of the attendants in the service/showroom area went above and beyond in gathering up snacks and one even offering part of her lunch for me. I found that to be exceptional.

In and out service with the right products on hand and readily available. Being able to schedule was nice but was better everything remained on schedule and the service was performed timely.

My wife and I were going out of town, an oil change and tire rotation was needed. Big-O is the first place that pops into my head. I was in and out in less then 45 minutes. Great service, great employees. Like Arnold always says....."I'll be back." Thanks guys.......David.

They repaired 3 vehicles: 1st) ‘99 Chevy pickup they mounted & balanced a set of new tires we purchased online months earlier; 2nd) our 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan rotated and balanced my tires and then programmed 2 sets of new key fobs; 3rd) 2012 GMC Yukon we had the front end alignment and changed oil and filter. All was done timely, Efficiently in same day in & out. Excellent service and informed us via text and phone calls. Lovely attendants at the front desk and overall fantastic experience.
