I have been using the Big O Store on Outer Loop for years. The best thing is that I trust them. They have never failed to fix my problems and I have never felt like I was overcharged.

Missy at the desk always gives great customer service. She worked at the Hillview store as well. It wasn’t the same great experience after she left. Our family decided to take all of our business to the Outer loop store because of Missy. Even though we live in Hillview. It is well worth the drive. Everyone else we encountered at the Outer loop store was nice as well.

The lady, I don't remember her name was very friendly. I dropped in on Thursday because I was in the neighborhood and scheduled an appointment for the next day. She set me up for 8:00 a.m. I came in on Friday, and the serviceman was there and took my car right then. I only waited for one hour to have my oil changed and everything checked over, and tires rotated. The facilities were clean and people were friendly even though it was 8 o'clock in the morning and they did not have their first cup of coffee!

I am very happy that I can trust this Big O with my vehicles. They do phenomenal work and always on time. They tell me exactly what needs to be fixed immediately and what needs to be worked on in the future. They never over charge me and I will keep going to them as long as I am able.

I took my escalade in to repair a tire that I had bought at this Big O . I did buy the road hazard warranty when I purchased the set of 4. They were honest enough to tell the tire could not be repaired and replaced it at no cost

My appointment was for 8:00 and my vehicle was in the service bay by 8:10. I had a radiator flush and new fluid installed in less than 1 hour. It was my first visit to Big O but will not be the last

You have the best personnel I have worked with in my 50 years of using BIG O tires. Always have been treated fair.

I feel like I am being properly taken care of at this location. There are other stores closer to me but I have learned to trust Jr. at this location. His customer service is exceptional. It is about a 20 minute drive from my home but I know I will be treated well when I get there.

Easy process and didn’t take long. Price was reasonable. Staff was excellent.
