I got a flat tire and was lucky there was a big O down the road when I got there they was very friendly and fast to help me the price was very reasonable

I just needed for someone to top off the antifreeze in my car. I stopped at my local Big O and they were more than happy to do this for me. I offer to pay them since I am not a regular customer and they would not let me pay them anything.

I always did business with this Big O before their accident, they are honest, don't try to gouge you especially being a female, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable and hones. Can't stress that enough.

When you are walking into big o in new cut it is always a great atmosphere they greet you and try to the best for you and your vechile they always friendly and not scared to hard a conversation to better your visit I love going to get stuff done to my vechile

Was visiting in the area and I got a screw in my tire. I needed it repaired ASAP. I called and they told me to come right in. I was there about an hour from beginning to end. The lady that helped me was very friendly and professional.

It is a great experience each time I visit, I have been there 2 times with 2 cars in the last 3 months. They were diligent in finding out the issues with my Ford Explorer. Keep up the great work, they also even came to my house so I could pick up my vehicle as I did not have a ride at the time. Perfect experience!!!

We were coming to your location before it burned down, and we were so excited to see it rebuilt and back up and running. The customer service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and great to work with. We also appreciated the Christian music playing and the bible verses on the TV screen and outside on your sign. We believe you and your staff are honest about what needs to be done and what doesn't and we appreciate that.

This is the first time I visited Big O tires and was very satisfied. I am more satisfied with this business than any other I've ever gone to for car maintenance and or repairs. The employees we're very knowledgeable and the organization is the most trustworthy car maintenance and repair shop I've ever been to. I've already recommended Big O tires, specifically this location, to several people from my church. One of the most important reasons in addition to the service that I was so impressed was seeing pictures about God and Jesus hanging up in the bathroom. It is so nice to see people that are not afraid to put God in their business and it makes me trust this organization that much more.
