We came in on the spur of the moment to get an oil change and they fit us right in.The staff was awesome and very friendly and knowledegable.I will definitely recommend Big O to my friends.Thanks

Got right in and out within a few minutes

I recently took my car in for a basic oil change and tire rotation. During this time, they found two of my tires in very bad shape and it was supposed to snow the next day. The rep explained the safety hazards of bad tires and presented me with three quotes to choose from. He did not pressure me into buying the most expensive - greatly appreciated. He also did not pressure me into buying the tires right then but did let me know they had them in stock and could put them on at that time. It was 5:45 and they close at 6:00. I agreed to buy the two tires and was out of there by 6:15. I love going to this store when needed. They treat me like a person and don't try to take advantage of me because I am a woman. I work in a service department and have learned a few things over the years. The professionalism, kindness and willingness to help is genuine from everyone at this store. I highly recommend Big O Tires for any of your service needs.

Overall good store. Had my truck worked on prior. I have had a good experience so far. Work has been excellent.

Friendly and very helpful with clean and inviting atmosphere

I went to have a oil change, asked for aligment, and check my brakes. i had an oil change and i watched them change my oil. the gentlemen seem to take care of my car, and when i left with my car; i had to take it back. while, i driving my car on I 265 from Stonestreet exit to New Cut, i had bad sound. It sound like something was bubbling, I took it back to let them know something was wrong. The gentlemen, could not hear anything. He did ask if I wanted to stay, i decline. I left, then i heard the sound again, to find out place had fallen under neath my engine. i was able to take it back before they left. The part that fell off, was where they have to remove when changing oil. it seems, like every time i have my fixed, i have to take it back. the brakes works fine. i do not know why, i have to end taking my car back when worked on. the people there are nice and i like to Bible Verse. I will go back. Just to find out to make sure every thing is connecting before i leave.

Laura great to assist me with my app for financing. Richard great to keep me updated. I knew for sure I needed 3 tires. Richard said one tire still great tread, so it was nice not to be coerced in needing 4. My breaks were squeaking so I knew I’d be needing some/all replacements. With 2 new front tires I agreed a front alignment was needed. This was a big money bill, thank you for keeping it as low as possible. I also was glad to be able to get the quick financing. I always come to Big O - I trust your team.

Joe h. & the girl (can't remember her first name) went above & beyond to help me out - my car needed additional work which time-wise interfered with an appt. I had made elsewhere. They were kind enough to take me to that appt. while my car was being worked on (and I was a first-time customer). I will definitely use this place from now on.. because of their knowledge and helpfulness.

They took care of all my needs
