They didn’t have the tires I ordered online when I scheduled my appointment: The associate called and helped me make the best decision for a different tire. Checking in was very simple. There was great communication about my vehicle’s status. Checking out was quick and painless with a brief explanation about rebates. I love my new tires.

They went out of their way to find the part I needed. I appreciate their working on my car. My only complaint is that they are so busy, it takes time to get everyone through, but they kept me updated and even took off $10 because it took so long.

Dawn Adams personally picked my tires up from another location the day before to ensure they would be available for my appointment time. The facility was clean and professional.
