Big O Tires

Shannon the manger was great. I waited two hours for the store to open to get my tire changed. I expressed that I just got off work from 3rd shift and I was first but was bum rushed by a bunch of women when the doors opened. He let me go second and he waived my fee for my flat tire. Thank you Shannon

They have always been good to me. They let me know if anything else needs attention on my vehicles or if they feel they are unsafe to drive. They never try and gouge the prices. The staff is always pleasant. If they feel they cannot do something they let me know. I always recommend Big O and glad they have a convenient location also.

Bought 4 new tires this week. Guys were very helpful and it didn't get long at all.

Shannon Duncan's help in selecting new tires for my husband's car was invaluable. He was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and asked good questions. Shannon has helped me get my car serviced many times. He understands and addresses my concerns regarding ensuring the safety of my vehicle.

I always buy tires from Big O because years ago they gave me a new set when they found that one of the recently purchased tires was splitting. Always go to have my oil changed and tires rotated and balanced. The owner, Billy, and manager, Shannon, are very friendly and helpful. Recently, I had 4 new struts installed and Billy helped me get a 12-month-same-as-cash deal. I really appreciated his taking time to do this. Big O in J-town is my go-to automotive shop.

As always Shannon, Billy, Phil, and Brandon took care of everything.

Brandon Rice was the dales associate that helped me. He was fantastic!!! Very friendly and helpful.

My experience was wonderful. I really appreciate Brandon for taking alot of time to review my options. He was very pleasant and I look forward to working with him for my tire purchase. The thing I like most is being able to see the tires on the sales floor unlike anywhere else. I had a shop down the street offer to match or beat any prices however, Brandon and his great customer service sealed this deal and prevented that from happening. Good customer service goes a long way but the exceptional customer service I received is what made the difference.

All of the staff is exceptionally nice! I felt like my car was a priority and they got me in and out. I appreciate that Shannon came to me before doing any work to make sure it's what I wanted and that I could afford it.

Initially visited location for availability of selected tires online. Advised not in stock, but in warehouse and would be Monday. Called Monday as advised and told to come in. Arrived and immediately my vehicle was taken to shop. Installation of all four tires took less than an hour. Installers were observed from lobby and they were active the whole time. Very pleased with communications and professional handling of customers. Will return for future needs of my vehicles. Thanks to Billy and his staff! PS: Good way to start 2021.......

With the friendly, knowledgeable staff at BigO Tires on Taylorsville Road, I know that my automotive service will be done in a professional way and in a timely manner. I like the fact that they fix problems that I have without trying to sell me something that I really don't need or "fix" issues that aren't really there. I trust the staff at BigO. They are my "go-to" guys for tires, alignments, brakes and pretty much everything else. I have recommended BigO Tires to my friends and they have always been highly satisfied and glad that I told them. Don't bother with the others, trust BigO!
