I have been going to this particular Big O for approximately 10 years. I was referred to by a mechanic named "Hurshe". I am a 65 yo widow and can surely be manipulated by a mechanic and/or service rep! Never in all these years have I experience nothing less than an honest and professional opinion and outcome by ALL who work there. I drive a 2005 Altima and realize a car of this age can require attention; Big O has always addressed what may seem a "minor" concern. How ecstatic I was to find out that Hurshe now is Big O's mechanic!! I no longer need to go ANYWHERE else to get the BEST, HONEST opinion and service. Came in as a walk in to get new tires due to a punctured front tire and new brakes while I was at it. Had no problem setting up the work and they delivered on what I needed with less than a day turnaround.
