Big O Tires

Our family has been coming to the Jeffersontown Big O Tire location for probably 20 years! We always have reliable service at a fair price, and we are treated like family! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I spoke with Shawn Pry on the phone. I needed a set of tires. He gave me a great price, told me to come on in, they had tires in stock that met what I was looking for and they could put them on right then. It seemed like I was there no time and out the door with my new tires. Great price, no hassle, no waiting. Very satisfied!

When I arrived I asked an estimate of the time it would take. After my car was taken back I received an update on the time. It was actually a little quicker than estimate.

I have visited the Jeffersontown Big O twice recently. Both times Shannon Duncan has been a tremendous help in making the decisions needed for tires. I purchased a full set of tires and he gave me the options and then his recommendation. He helped me with the rebate papers too. I use Big O for all my tire needs and get great service even when I bring in wagon tires from the farm. I really appreciate the service I get from this store.

I have been going here for years, they are awesome. It is the only place where I take my car if I can help it. Everyone is friendly but efficient and they only make recommendations when needed. This last time Shawn was the associate who helped me and he was awesome. He gave me an estimate for how long it would take and then managed to get the car seen much faster than anticipated. This business is amazing In their integrity and great customer service.
