I spoke with Shawn Pry on the phone. I needed a set of tires. He gave me a great price, told me to come on in, they had tires in stock that met what I was looking for and they could put them on right then. It seemed like I was there no time and out the door with my new tires. Great price, no hassle, no waiting. Very satisfied!

I have use Big O and their tires for thirty years in three states. Always satisfied, never a negative issue. I have had many flats repaired and several tires replaced under their road hazard warranty.

I have been bringing my car here fo service for years. Shannon and the rest of the Big O crew have always taken great care of me. As a single mom that knows nothing about cars, it's hard to find someone you trust that will treat you like thier own sister or mother, and not take advantage of you with unnecessary services or ridiculously high pricing. These guys do a great job, I can't recommend them highly enough.

The staff at this location are friendly and help you find the right products for your needs. I have been to this location several times and will go back.

I have been going here for years, they are awesome. It is the only place where I take my car if I can help it. Everyone is friendly but efficient and they only make recommendations when needed. This last time Shawn was the associate who helped me and he was awesome. He gave me an estimate for how long it would take and then managed to get the car seen much faster than anticipated. This business is amazing In their integrity and great customer service.
