I told them what I was looking for and they made recommendations based on what I told them, not on price or brand. The service at this location is fantastic and they are professional and courteous every time.

Shawn Pry was very helpful during the whole process. He explained everything and answered any questions I had. I was quoted an hour and they were done within 30 min. I will definitely be returning for any future car maintenance.

Everyone here is extremely friendly and professional, especially Robert Warner, since first call which he happened to pick up as well as other calls, all my questions and concerns explained. He always had great attitude as well as sense of humor yet welcoming for a first time customer and definitely many more visits to this location. He mentioned that he has been with the company since he was about teenager, that shows! This person deserves raise, reward, commission or whatever Big O has there! All 4 of my tires were in about 30 minutes, I was speechless how efficient they are!

Big O employee Shannon helped replace 2 tire sensors that the batteries were not working causing my warning lights to engage. This was an unscheduled emergency.

I have been bringing my car here fo service for years. Shannon and the rest of the Big O crew have always taken great care of me. As a single mom that knows nothing about cars, it's hard to find someone you trust that will treat you like thier own sister or mother, and not take advantage of you with unnecessary services or ridiculously high pricing. These guys do a great job, I can't recommend them highly enough.
