Big O Tires

I will not take my cars anywhere else. They are honest, helpful, and friendly. I've been going there for 10 years and they have earned my loyalty over and over again.

So easy, guys there are knowledgeable and friendly, always great service. I’m a frequent customer with my 14-year old car!

Came in with a very low tire with nail in it. The manager. Shannon Duncan, assisted right away, got the car in and repaired the tire timely. Extremely helpful and courteous.

Shawn Pry was very helpful during the whole process. He explained everything and answered any questions I had. I was quoted an hour and they were done within 30 min. I will definitely be returning for any future car maintenance.

I needed tires and one of mine was dangerous to drive on.Shannon put a loaner tire on until my tires could be ordered and put on my car.Thank you!

Every single time i come To Big O tires, everyone that works any day that i arrive are always welcoming and a great help. I love This place of course i dont get a oil change from just anywhere. I always Come here. The manager is awesome and kind and a great help. He knows how to keep the customers happy!

Everyone here is extremely friendly and professional, especially Robert Warner, since first call which he happened to pick up as well as other calls, all my questions and concerns explained. He always had great attitude as well as sense of humor yet welcoming for a first time customer and definitely many more visits to this location. He mentioned that he has been with the company since he was about teenager, that shows! This person deserves raise, reward, commission or whatever Big O has there! All 4 of my tires were in about 30 minutes, I was speechless how efficient they are!

Big O employee Shannon helped replace 2 tire sensors that the batteries were not working causing my warning lights to engage. This was an unscheduled emergency.

I've been to this Big-O several times and I keep going back. The manager Shannon always makes sure we are taken care of. I needed 4 new tires and called around just for quotes and as always Shannon took great care of us. I got 4 new tires, oil change, and new wipers for less than what the other companies wanted for just tires. I will continue to go back as long as this location remains this amazing!!

Shannon Duncan is the manager at the Jeffersontown Ky store. He by far always goes above and beyond to make our experience quick and comfortable and always displays the absolute most upmost respect no matter the situation. I will never take my business elsewhere no matter the cost. I am and will always be a Big O customer!!!!!

They don’t try to up sale and give you the information needed

Came in 20 minutes before they closed because I had a fast leak in my right front tire. Shannon Duncan immediately took the truck back and had them working on it. I was on my way in about 15 minutes. I have dealt with Shannon in the past and he is a straight shooter. He doesn't try and bull shit you and try and sell you things you don't need. Super guy to deal with and I recommend anyone looking for tires, wheels, or brakes to go to the J-Town Big-O and ask for Shannon.

Friendly staff, quick and easy service

I came in with an almost flat rear driver's side tire. Immediately, they took my car back to the bay, identified that I had a nail in it, and fixed it. Because I had bought my tires at Big O over 3 years ago, there was no charge. I love this particular Big O!

Everything met my expectations.
