Big O Tires

I will not take my cars anywhere else. They are honest, helpful, and friendly. I've been going there for 10 years and they have earned my loyalty over and over again.

I did not originally know Big O did oil change service, too. I frequent this Big O location regularly for servicing tires on my vehicle purchased here and am very pleased to coordinate both services in the future.

Came in with a very low tire with nail in it. The manager. Shannon Duncan, assisted right away, got the car in and repaired the tire timely. Extremely helpful and courteous.

Thirough explanation of tires I wanted to purchase, explained other services car would likely need (alignment), called after inspection to advise what was needed. Very friendly and helpful!

I needed tires and one of mine was dangerous to drive on.Shannon put a loaner tire on until my tires could be ordered and put on my car.Thank you!

Every single time i come To Big O tires, everyone that works any day that i arrive are always welcoming and a great help. I love This place of course i dont get a oil change from just anywhere. I always Come here. The manager is awesome and kind and a great help. He knows how to keep the customers happy!

When I was there at the end of March 2019 Shannon made sure that I left with a nice set of tires. I received courteous and fast service. I definitely recommend Big-O in Jeffersontown, KY.

I've been to this Big-O several times and I keep going back. The manager Shannon always makes sure we are taken care of. I needed 4 new tires and called around just for quotes and as always Shannon took great care of us. I got 4 new tires, oil change, and new wipers for less than what the other companies wanted for just tires. I will continue to go back as long as this location remains this amazing!!

Shannon Duncan is the manager at the Jeffersontown Ky store. He by far always goes above and beyond to make our experience quick and comfortable and always displays the absolute most upmost respect no matter the situation. I will never take my business elsewhere no matter the cost. I am and will always be a Big O customer!!!!!

Came in 20 minutes before they closed because I had a fast leak in my right front tire. Shannon Duncan immediately took the truck back and had them working on it. I was on my way in about 15 minutes. I have dealt with Shannon in the past and he is a straight shooter. He doesn't try and bull shit you and try and sell you things you don't need. Super guy to deal with and I recommend anyone looking for tires, wheels, or brakes to go to the J-Town Big-O and ask for Shannon.

I came in with an almost flat rear driver's side tire. Immediately, they took my car back to the bay, identified that I had a nail in it, and fixed it. Because I had bought my tires at Big O over 3 years ago, there was no charge. I love this particular Big O!
