Big O Tires

They didn't break my sensor but they disconnected it to try and sell me a new one. So spent 1 hour at dealer to reprogram sensor. Then I had to have it balanced. It was 4 oz off!! 26 dollar repair and then 2 hours out of work to straighten up thier mess. Don't go there

They are always under staffed and take way too long to do a simple tire rotation.

I have been going to Big O in Jeffersontown for many years purchasing tires and servicing them. Their quality control in the balance and rotate department continues to drop. I generally watch their work so that I can make corrections for their work. At my recent visit the balancing went as usual. They removed weights, spun the wheel, then reinstalled new weights. As usuall they never check the tire for correct balance after the new weights are installed. Today I noticed that they reinstalled the tires and did not manually torque them. This is a new problem at this location. Upon mentioning this they went to the parking lot and did torque the wheels. It is not possible to tell if they had already been over tightened which could warp the rioters. On the drive home, I noticed the car was riding exceptionally hard. It was fine when I arrived. I checked the amount of air in each tire and found them all to be at 40lbs or higher. I lowered the pressure to the Manufacturer recommendations on the door frame to 30 to 32lbs. I do wish their service was dependable but will cautiously continue to service my current tires there since I have already invested in their free balancing and rotation when I purchased there. I can't comment on their other service as I avoid going there for anything else since this minor service is so poor.

I went to this business to have my tires rotatated and my oil change. The staff is courteous and service is prompt.

They said I needed a tie rod on the front that it was an emergency I got home and checked it to realize it was fine but my tire pressure was low down to 20psi and this tire had never had a problem they messed the value up so I would buy new ones from them I will never go back they didn't even rotate my tires but said they did

As always great service, I will continue coming here for my regular services.

DID NOT LIKE MY EXPERIENCE HERE WILL NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS TO THE MIDDLETOWN LOCATION FROM HERE ON OUT THEY GAVE ME GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE .

I'm very blessed to have these guys in my part of town. Shannon and Billy and their team of pros have always taken great care of me for many years. It's like having a family member look at your car. Thanks guys.

My son purchased a tire less than one month ago. This morning the tire was flat. I called the store at 1150am and they verified it was under warranty. I asked what time they closed and they said 1pm. I had AAA come to air the tire up enough to drive to Big O. My son got to the store at 1245pm and were turned away. The employee said nothing could be done until Tuesday because of the Holiday. No effort was made to take care of us, the customer. They turned away two 19yr olds with an unsafe tire all because they did not want to stay a minute past 1pm?

Ordered a new tire for me as they didn't have it in stock. It was a Sat and it is now Monday am and it is in so fast service.

Shannon and the staff were easy to deal with, and did not try to sell me something that I did not want.Their honesty was refreshing and I will go back.
