Big O Tires

I always go to this Big O. I bought a set of 4 tires for my Ford truck. Not much of a sale but a couple weeks later I went in to purchase a set of four tires for the Ford Edge because they had a sale,buy three and get fourth free. Wish I would have known a sale was coming up. Considering this is the only place I service vehicles.

they rotated my tires, replaced the belt, and changed the oil while I was at work

I do business with your store and always satisfied. Bringing my company vehicle "passenger bus" and we agreed you would need to do the service in the rear lot, too tall to drive into your bays. Not a problem, I needed to get the vehicle back sooner than me calling to see if it was finished having the oil changed. Bill you have always been professional and me the same with you. I've been to this Big-O several times and I keep going back. The manager Shannon always makes sure we are taken care of. I needed 4 new tires and called around just for quotes and as always Shannon took great care of us. I got 4 new tires, oil change, and new wipers for less than what the other companies wanted for just tires. I will continue to go back as long as this location remains this amazing!!

I have been coming to this Big O location in J'Town for years. This weekend my son damaged two tires and they were able to get them repaired quickly with quality product. I appreciate their friendliness and quick work.

I have been going to michels but your prices are lower, the waiting area is nicer, and the service was better.

your bathrooms need to redone not just cleaned they are in bad shape

Good price on a good tire. Unfortunately, all 4 of my Alloy wheels were scratched.

I needed an oil change and went in and Shannon (GM) got my car in and I was out in 35 minutes. They were very courteous,friendly and efficient. I enjoyed my experience and will return.

I am reviewing on my last 2 visits to this location BigO which has not been honest service and had to take to a different garage both times to get requested service completed after being told to my face that it had already been done. I have been going for 6 years to this location and the first 4 yrs would not even think of going to another garage but this 2017 for this location has gone downhill as far as honest to customer. Sorry people but I too am a paying customer. I even had family friend manage both Middletown and St. Mathews location and did not go there because of satisfaction at this location but not anymore and am passing on to others via facebook, word of mouth because I am just one customer and they don't care because 2 will replace me but I say beware.

I had a tire that was leaking air so I took a chance and drove in to the Big O on Taylorsville Rd. where we had purchased tires previously. I did not have an appointment but within an hour I was on my way with a repaired tire. Shannon, as usual, was very professional and helpful. I love doing business with this store and would highly recommend it to others.

Took my car her to get the headlight bulbs replaced. Crazy Subaru that you have to take the tires off to do it. An hour after dropping it off they call me back and say it's done. "Great"! I think, but after paying 52$ I go out side and find that they replaced a running light and not the headlights at all. 52$ for a running light? I show the customer rep , he shows a mechanic and they tell me they'll take care of it. I'm ok. I come back to pick up my car and they charge me 75$ more. They run me around twice and charge me 128$ total. Which is more than the Subaru dealership charges. I see a lot of positive reviews but I don't know. I feel like I got taken and they were not very professional today.

The manager, Shannon Duncan, was very friendly, professional and informative. I felt like I was dealing with family, like I could trust him to take care of my daughters' car. He replaced three bald tires on her car, so I feel confident sending off to college in two weeks. Thanks!! You won our familys' business
