I have been going to this store for over 10 years, and Shannon and Billy always greet me with my first name when I walk through the door. I trust these guys to do regular maintenance on my vehicle, and have used most of the services they provide. I will never use anyone else for tires, shock, or oil changes for as long as these guys run this store. Thank you guys for treating people right!

Quick and easy! Great people!

I had been the Lexus dealer in town for A slow leak in one of my tires. They said that the tire couldn't be repaired and that the others were worn and that I should buy 4 new ones. Shannon was able to repair the tire and educated me about the current wear on the other tires. I still had good tires and didn't need to replace them. They were honest, friendly and affordable. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Used Big O Store as a place to help build up credit for my oldest son. Service was awesome as usual every time I go into their store on Talorsville Road in Louisville, Ky. Anytime i need tires, or anything else related to my vehicle of one of my sons vehicles. I always know i'll get great service and in and out the door in a timely manner. Employee's and everyone else i encountered seemed to give 100% of themselves in helping me attain what I came into their store for.

Visited to check if they handled tires on a trailer.Was told tires would be at store by 10am the next day,arrived at 10:30 and left with a job well done in less than an hour later.

As a female I have often been made to feel inadequate at car repair places. However, every time I have gone to Big O Tires on Taylorsville Road in Louisville, KY I have been treated with respect and dignity. I informed the guys working there today that I was going to be driving to Nashville, TN by myself and everyone there made me feel confident that they checked everything on my car to assure a safe trip. They were fantastic!

Went with the Nitto tires after reading reviews. A few years ago and beyond this store would have been all 5 star. Better then the rest of big o's and other stores.

I always take my car here. I would never go anywhere else. The sevice is the best. Billie and Shannon have the greatest customer service. They will do whatever they can to help you with your tires or other car needs.
